The leash is hand-made from the strongest and thickest leather in the USA, which is rarely found today: US winter hide cow leather, has a 1/2″ heavy-duty solid brass swivel snap providing 625 lb. tensile strength and durability, is a full 6′ in length, is great for obedience training needs and will last for years and years. Not recommended for bite work or tracking.
I’ve used this leash for over 13 years, and it looks and functions as good today as it did when it was new. (Regular conditioning by running your hands over the leash and transferring your skin oils onto the leash is recommended.)
